Heritage Pines board adopts FY2026 meeting schedule and updates mutual aid agreement

The Heritage Pines CDD adopted Resolution 2025-04 to designate dates, times and locations for regular board meetings for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. The motion by Stephen Putman, seconded by Michael Walsh, passed unanimously.
The board also adopted Resolution 2025-05 approving an updated Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement. District Manager Chuck Adams explained that the agreement was previously approved and is being presented to reflect updates; he said the CDD is more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider. The resolution passed on a unanimous motion by Mr. Walsh with Ms. Vaughan seconding.
