ESF contract begins NWRA 33 cleanup; engineer to reinspect contested tree

The board noted an executed contract with Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) to remove vegetation at NWRA 33 after Rolling Hills Loop raised concerns. District Manager Chuck Adams reported the contract was executed and that vegetation removal is underway; Mr. Adams said Mr. Heath will inspect the area and coordinate repairs.
District Engineer Kurt Heath told the board his initial inspection concluded the partially dead oak behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop is actually on another resident's property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not on CDD-owned easements. Heath said he will inspect the area again to confirm findings and identify any required follow-up work.
