Board elects Lonergan chair, Rhodes vice chair in unanimous vote

Michael Walsh nominated Kathleen Lonergan for Chair and Arthur Rhodes for Vice Chair; Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman were named assistant secretaries as recorded. The resolution also removed Janice Benedetti from the district's officer roster while leaving prior staff appointments intact (Craig Wrathell listed as Secretary and Treasurer; Chuck Adams as Assistant Secretary). The motion, made by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, passed unanimously.
The action was presented by District Manager Chuck Adams and recorded as a formal resolution to govern officer roles going forward. No amendments to the resolution were recorded during the meeting.
