Board members said Attachment A includes provisions required by FEMA and that the Vermont League of Cities and Towns (VLCT) had reviewed and agreed with Lewco’s insurance coverage. The contract includes a clause allowing the town to terminate, with or without cause, with 10 days’ written notice. The Selectboard signed the agreement at the meeting after Lewco had already signed it; the contract approval advances the town’s FEMA-related project work.
