Dave Griffith explained the need for a driveway on Saltillo Road to allow maintenance access to the Hunter’s Ridge Addition well house. Council approved a waiver of relinquishment of direct vehicular access as set forth in the Hunter's Ridge Final Plat recorded in Lancaster County (Instrument No. 2006-052912) for the limited purpose of allowing vehicular access to maintain the shared well located in the northeast corner of Lot 7.
The motion was moved by Josh Buck and seconded by Pete Simmons; roll-call vote recorded YES: Simmons, Buck, Schmidt and an ABSTAIN (WITH CONFLICT): Zieg. The Council note in the transcript cites the Final Plat and Lancaster County recording instrument number as the legal reference for the restriction being waived for maintenance access.
