The board also approved a consent agenda that included a check-register review and updated financial statements presented by Tim Belanger and personnel changes presented by Ken Bucchi. The consent agenda (Action 2025-09-03) passed with all members voting yes: Board Chair Robert Lee, Jeffery Grandi, Jeff Michael, Marie Teune and Randy Carmony.
The approvals mean routine oversight items remain in place as the district moves into the 2025-26 school year. The board recorded no roll-call dissent and took no additional amendments to the consent items. The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
