Board hears delay to Well #3 repair and $9,000–$10,000 testing estimate

Nelson said Spring Street, the association's water-testing provider, informed him the system will require about "$9,000 to $10,000 for various tests" in the future. Bill Springer offered to assist with generator startup and other simple tasks, though he noted his health limits the extent of his help.
