The board received a water report from Matt Nelson noting Well 3 remained out of the ground while Well 2 had new packing and was running. The board emphasized urgency to get repairs started and directed Matt and Randy to contact Klamath Pump the following day to begin work. "Let them know Mike is the in-term Chairman," Judy Mangrum said while discussing who should be the point of contact.
Carolyn Davis reported she had spoken to a Klamath Pump contact who said a grant could take as long as three weeks to process; the board discussed sequencing repair phases and confirmed the second phase would not require pulling the well back out of the ground. Members agreed to pursue grant funding to offset repair costs and to proceed with necessary procurement once funding details are available.
