The Oregon Shores Beach Club board voted unanimously to appoint Mike Gottlieb as vice-chairman during its Nov. 13 monthly meeting at the Chiloquin Community Center. Secretary/Treasurer Judy Mangrum reviewed financial statements before the vote; the board recorded Clay Butler's resignation from the vice-chair position effective Oct. 14.
Judy Mangrum, the association secretary/treasurer, told the board about checks written and checks to be written and confirmed the membership had reviewed last month's minutes. "The Board voted unanimously for Mike Gottlieb to take the position," the minutes state. The board also approved replenishing petty cash after discussion (petty cash was reported at $159 and Pollie Carter proposed raising it to $250).
