Palm Beach County impact fees to increase Jan. 1, 2025, clerk tells Cloud Lake council

Town Clerk Dorothy Gravelin informed the council that Palm Beach County will increase building impact fees effective Jan. 1, 2025. The fee schedule covers parks, library, public buildings, schools and roads, and the clerk said copies are available in the Clerk's Office and on the County Impact Fee website.
The clerk noted that the assessment applies on the date a building permit is issued. Council members did not take further action at the Nov. 14 meeting; the information was provided for planning and permit applicants.
