Council approves reimbursements and annual maintenance contracts for The Preserve and Town Hall

Separately, the council accepted Lisi's proposals for ongoing landscape maintenance: $3,500 annually to maintain Town Hall (watering, fertilizing, weeding, pruning, spraying) and $7,000 annually for The Preserve (watering, fertilizing, invasive-species removal, pruning, spraying). Motions to approve both annual contracts were made by Council Member Hoock and seconded by Council Member Powell-Sardinas and passed unanimously with one member absent.
