The consent items included the March 9, 2026 council minutes; bills through March 23, 2026; the Treasurer’s Monthly Report as of February 28, 2026; a 10% improvement bond to Dixon Beckstead, 118 S 3rd E, for $420.00; a swale bond refund to Kameron Johnson, 282 N 3rd W, for $1,765.75; and a swale bond refund for Silver Spurs at 816 S 1100 E for $5,716.75.
Councilmember Todd Thomas moved for approval and Councilmember Chris Larsen seconded; the motion carried unanimously. No items were pulled for separate discussion at the meeting.
