Later the council approved the remaining consent calendar, which included bills through Feb. 23, 2026; two swale bond refunds for Kyler Burbank (282 N 4th W and 272 N 4th W), each in the amount of $1,765.75 (total $3,531.50); and business licenses for Brandon Sayer (631 East 1st South, Plant Shield Drone Spraying) and Joel M. Weaver (693 East 4800 South, Above Board Contracting). The motion to approve the remaining consent items received unanimous approval.
