Council approves Blue Sage P.U.D. Phase IV development agreement and final plat; pavilion replaces basketball court

Attorney Lyle Fuller presented the Development Agreement for Blue Sage Planned Unit Development, Phase IV. After discussion the council approved the Development Agreement and later approved the final plat; Director Shawn Oliverson described the phase as "2.14 acres with 9 lots."
During discussion, Cody Ralphs explained that the HOA—given the community’s 55+ focus—requested substitution of a larger pavilion and seating area for the originally required basketball court and playground; the council directed modification of Development Agreement page 6, item 2F to remove the basketball court and playground requirement and allow the pavilion instead. Both the development-agreement modification and the final plat were approved unanimously.
