The Town Board voted Oct. 10 to schedule several public hearings and to authorize procurement actions. Resolutions 2024-10-90, 2024-10-91 and 2024-10-92 were approved to schedule public hearings for Special District Assessment Rolls, Operation & Maintenance Charges, and the 2025 Preliminary Budget respectively; the minutes record that each resolution passed by unanimous vote.
The board tabled Resolution 2024-10-93 after Councilperson Gordon moved the item and Councilperson Hoffman seconded. The board approved Resolution 2024-10-94 authorizing the Supervisor to sign a contract for a restricted appraisal report, and added Resolution 2024-10-95, a motion by Supervisor Bott seconded by Councilperson Sabo to solicit a grant writer and consultant services for the town; that motion passed by recorded Aye votes.
