FEMA flood-map changes prompt North Greenbush to form committee and consider hiring LaBerge

Councilperson Sabo said she has recruited a three-person committee with environmental training to assist the town and suggested combining committee work with LaBerge's technical support. Council members agreed the Building Department needs additional outside expertise to meet the timeline for regulatory changes; staff will refine the scope of consultant work and committee responsibilities before the next meeting.
