Scott Cardamone, owner of Spring Creek Apartments (150 Old Ithaca Road, tax map #49.03-2-30.1), requested an amendment to the existing PUD to add 12 residential units to the previously approved 72-unit complex.
The Town Board approved Resolution #120 to refer the preliminary proposal to the Town Planning Board, the Chemung County Planning Board and the Village of Horseheads, and set a public hearing for August 12, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The resolution was moved by Councilman Laurey and seconded by Councilman Riopko and carried with unanimous ayes.
