During administrative reports the board heard enrollment, attendance and facilities updates. Superintendent Troy Jerome reported elementary enrollment of 151 students with a 93 percent monthly attendance average and said AVID will be added at the elementary level next year. Gordon's Electric is scheduled to replace the high school gym lighting in December and completed phases 1 and 2 of the elementary HVAC project.
Assistant Superintendent David Norton reported secondary enrollment of 151 students with a 92 percent monthly attendance average. Norton said 106 students are participating in winter activities, the high school added a Cheer Program with seven students signed up, and he received a Wildhorse Grant to purchase gym-floor covering to protect the floor during events.
