Pilot Rock School District (Pilot Rock SD 2) announced at its Oct. 16 board meeting that it is now offering Care Solace, a web-based mental-health referral service available to students, staff and community members. The district said the service provides a curated list of local and virtual providers and allows users to select a provider and book appointments online.
Board members raised the item as part of presentations and recognitions; no separate motion was required to implement the service. The board recorded the announcement alongside routine procedural business and indicated the program is intended to broaden access to mental-health supports for the district community.
