Solicitor Michael O'Connor read correspondence into the record documenting email requests for continuances and said the board would give applicants the opportunity to consent to remote participation. A single motion to continue the four matters was made, seconded and approved by the board.
"We have b‑1 for that," O'Connor said when listing the email exhibits, and the board then voted to grant the continuances. The board directed staff to issue written notices and noted that applicants would have another opportunity to present updated materials in August.
