"For the record, my name is Allegra Earle, and I am ... the executive officer for the Idaho Board of Long Term Care Administrators," Earle told the committee and asked for approval to repeal docket 24-0901-2501, effective July 1, 2026. She said the repeal follows the merger of the board of examiners of nursing home administrators and residential care facility administrators into the Idaho Board of Long Term Care Administrators after Idaho House Bill 28 took effect on 07/01/2025.
Senator Blaylock moved to approve the repeal; the motion passed on a voice vote. Earle said the repeal and related filings are primarily administrative consolidation and that no substantive changes were made to rules previously approved in 2025, aside from formatting and merger-related reorganizing.
The committee recorded no substantive opposition during the meeting on this docket.
