Board plans dock reinstallation and summer water service; discusses volunteer incentives

Secretary/Treasurer Judy Mangrum told the board that the dock needs to be returned to the lake and that water should be running in the bathhouse and lawns to prepare for summer visitors. "We need to get the dock back in the lake. It’s now the end of May. We need water running in the bathhouse and lawns and get ready for summer visitors," Judy said.
Board members discussed whether to hire Green Springs to turn water on and off or to have volunteers manage the task; they also considered using Shades of Green for winterization only. Matt proposed changing the gate lock to better control access and said the board should create an incentive plan to keep volunteers. Mike offered to help and to ask Bud to assist with reinstalling the dock.
