Matt Nelson updated the board on the water system, saying he had spoken with Bob at Klamath Pump and that Bob is expected to be onsite within the next week to assess needs for well house #2. The minutes record that new packing was installed in well house #2 and that it should run for a few days.
The board also discussed a past-due backflow-device compliance report from the water utility; Chairman Mike Gottlieb said he had the report in hand and noted Wally had completed the same report previously. Matt said a routine water test is scheduled for December but is not due until then. Matt said he will ask Klamath Pump what they would charge to replace a rebuilt motor that is ready for well house #2.
