The Oregon Shores Beach Club Board met May 14, 2025, at the Chiloquin Community Center. Chairman Mike Gottlieb called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. and opened with thanks to the water team for keeping the community supplied while repairs were underway; the board reported it is now running on both wells.
The board approved the meeting agenda and subsequently approved paying the month’s bills and the monthly report. Secretary/Treasurer Judy Mangrum presented the financial summary and said the board is "paying the bare minimum on the bills so that we can get through till May," while assessments are beginning to come in. Bill Springer moved to pay the approved bills (motion passed); Springer later moved to approve the monthly report, with Matt seconding (motion passed). The meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m.; the next meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
