Rich, the highway representative, identified the sellers as Wesley and Sarah Curtis and Wesley Curtis and Matthew Jessup and provided tax map numbers and purchase prices. He told the committee the acquisition is part of the bridge project planning and that the costs are 100% reimbursable. The committee asked process questions and then voted to approve the purchases.
The vote clears right-of-way work for the upcoming bridge project; staff said reimbursements will be processed through the county capital account tied to Bridge NY funding.
