The clerk presented the resolution language: "Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Wayne Township Board of Education approves and ratifies the memorandum of agreement dated 06/26/2026 and and salary guides for a 1 year agreement between Local 11 affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and the Wayne Board of Education for the period of 07/01/2026 through 06/30/2027 and authorizes the president board of education to execute the memorandum of agreement and salary guide as discussed in executive session." Roll call was conducted by the clerk and board members responded in the affirmative before the Chair announced the motion carried.
