At a public hearing and later during the Sept. 12 Town Board meeting, Town Engineer Eric Westfall told the board that the map, plan and reports for a petition to extend the North Greenbush Consolidated Sewer District to serve 519 Bloomingrove Drive had been reviewed and that the project is a single tie and "ready to tie in." The board moved forward with a SEQR determination (Res. 2024-09-82) and the establishment of the sewer district extension (Res. 2024-09-83); both motions passed with all board members present voting Aye.
Westfall told the public that fees required for the tie-in were paid "a long time ago," and the minutes record that remaining punch-list items for the related Meadows Phase 1 Sewer & Road Dedication have been whittled down to only a few outstanding items while the town attorney and the developer's attorney complete legal reviews. The resolutions instruct town staff to proceed with the administrative steps needed to finalize the extension and follow SEQR conditions where applicable.
