Roxborough Village Metro District reviews park projects, vendor proposals and staffing plans

Chairperson Ephram Glass opened the Roxborough Village Metropolitan District special meeting at 6:02 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2026, and noted a full Board was present. After reviewing required disclosures under the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Board approved an amended agenda on a motion by Chairperson Ephram Glass that Director Clifford Linhardt seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The Board received briefings across a range of operational items. Directors reviewed landscaping proposals for the Community Park playground, sign concepts from AdLight, and an electrical contractor’s status report that most wiring work is complete and an electrician will return the following week for cleanup. The Board also discussed infrastructure needs — including culvert options for Little Willow Creek and a Techneaux Technology Services camera installation proposal priced at $10,136.58 — and directed staff to seek further vendor input and bring outside representatives to a future meeting where appropriate. The meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
