Public Services staff summarized capital‑improvement projects planned for 2027 and beyond and said the village has received more than $2,000,000 in grant funding for reconstruction work on Vinburn Road and the addition of signals at Northtown and Vinburn. "We've received over $2,000,000 in grants for this project," staff said while reviewing the CIP.
The presentation also listed resurfacing and sanitary‑sewer lining projects (South Hill Street, Meadow Lane) that staff said can extend system life without full road excavation. Staff said some projects, such as Holam Street reconstruction, have grant support planned for 2028 and that the capital plan will be refined as grant awards and bid results are finalized.
