The Redmond School District Board adopted a monitoring calendar for Executive Limitations (EL) at its Aug. 7 special meeting. The schedule sets EL reviews on these dates: Sept. 11 — EL #6 (Technology) and EL #7 (Communications); Oct. 9 — EL #8 (Safety); Nov. 6 — EL #9 (Instructional Program); Jan. 8 — EL #10 (Special Education); Mar. 5 — EL #11 (Compensation, Development, Evaluation and Treatment of Employees); Apr. 9 — EL #12 (Facilities, Student Transportation and Nutrition Services). The board will monitor EL #4 (Financial Planning) on Feb. 5 and EL #3 (Treatment of Students, Staff and Community) on June 11.
Director Eric Lea moved to adopt the Executive Limitation calendar; Director Keri Lopez seconded. The motion carried 5–0. The calendar provides a schedule for board oversight of key district operational and policy areas through the school year.
