Roxborough Village MD advances hiring, signage and grant planning; GOCO deadline noted

District Manager Peggy Ripko reported that staff reviewed 75 resumes for postings for a Field Supervisor and an Assistant Manager; 17 candidates were invited for interviews, 10 interviews were scheduled, eight interviews were conducted, and five candidates were referred to the Operations Committee for second interviews.
The Board reviewed updated AdLight sign concepts and approved an EDI proposal for engraving boulders to support new signage. On grants, Ripko said GOCO Community Impact Grants are due in early March; the District was not awarded a non-motorized grant because the area was deemed too affluent. SIPA mini grants that could be used to update the website open in March.
