Roxborough Village Metro hears engineering updates; Denver Water to cover release damages on District property

Board members also discussed ongoing conversations with Denver Water.
Denver Water stated it will cover the cost of any damages caused by the release of water on District property, the minutes record. The Board did not take additional action on these items at the meeting but noted that contractors and county reviewers have inspected certain water-related proposals (for example, dredging at the pond south of Roxborough Marketplace) and will summarize feedback to the District in the coming weeks.
