Board hears engineering updates; dredging proposal sent to Douglas County for cost sharing

Director Ephram Glass reported Crystal Lake intake materials are on order, discussed Little Willow Creek Bridge planning, and said a dredging proposal for the pond south of Roxborough Marketplace was sent to Douglas County requesting partial or full County payment.
The Board received a range of engineering updates at the Jan. 28 meeting. Director Ephram Glass reported that materials for the Crystal Lake intake are on order and that he had provided updates on GIS adjustments and discussions with Denver Water. Director Debra Prysby will follow up on the best approach for the Little Willow Creek Bridge work. The minutes show the Sterling Ranch expansion meeting was delayed.
On the pond south of Roxborough Marketplace, Director Glass said an updated dredging proposal had been received and that it was forwarded to Douglas County with a request that the County pay some or all of the cost. Attorney Dino Ross informed the Board the service plan amendment timeline and task list would be completed within the next week.
