The Board of the Roxborough Village Metropolitan District approved adding a question on broadband and cellular service to a planned follow-up survey of residents.
Director Ephram Glass reviewed the HR Green proposal and said the draft survey indicated the District would handle much of the distribution work. "After some discussion, upon motion duly made by Director Glass, seconded by Director Linhardt, and, upon vote, unanimously carried, the Board approved leaving a question in the follow up survey asking about broadband and cell service," the minutes state. The Board said that if survey results show resident interest in service improvements, it will evaluate the next steps and was expecting one additional quote before sending the survey.
The minutes record that the Board anticipated sending the survey after receiving the final quote; no timeline beyond an expected quote within a week was specified at the meeting.
