PDAB unanimously identifies Trulicity for 2025 affordability review

During its Jan. 21, 2026 meeting the PDAB voted unanimously, 7-0, to identify Trulicity (dulaglutide) as a drug that may create affordability challenges. The motion was made by Dan Kennedy and seconded by Michele Koder and is recorded in Table 1 of the minutes.
Trulicity's unanimous identification places it on the board's final list for 2025 and directs staff to include the product and any recommended follow-up in the report to the Oregon Legislature due in March.
