PDAB unanimously identifies Cosentyx for affordability review

The PDAB voted 7-0 on Jan. 21, 2026, to identify Cosentyx (secukinumab) as a drug that may create affordability challenges for Oregon health care systems or patients, under ORS 646A.694. The motion was made by Dan Kennedy and seconded by John Murray and recorded in the meeting minutes and Table 1.
The unanimous vote means Cosentyx will be included in the board's 2025 drug review report to the Oregon Legislature, scheduled for delivery in March. The minutes provide the roll-call result and list Cosentyx as one of four products the board identified for further review.
