PVNA considers expanding Dumpster Day to district-wide events

Board members said spreading the workload over the district could reduce costs and increase turnout. The idea remains at the planning stage; members noted follow-up would include coordination with neighboring associations and more detailed budgeting for spring, summer and fall events.
