The Selectboard voted to find that premature disclosure regarding the Property Valuation and Review hearing, docket PVR-2025-1, would place the town at a substantial disadvantage and then entered executive session under Title 1, Section 313(a)(1)(E) and (F) of the Vermont Statutes. Mike DeSocio recused due to a conflict of interest. The board entered executive session at 7:24 PM, turned off the FactTV recording and exited at 7:39 PM; the meeting record states that no actions, motions, or votes took place while in executive session.
After returning to open session the board authorized a $1,500 appraisal by Kyle Arnold for a property at 872 Grassy Brook Road; that motion passed with three in favor and one abstention (DeSocio). The listers were invited to the executive session; the transcript does not show further public action taken in the executive session itself.
