Oregon Shores schedules Trunk-or-Treat for Oct. 25, discusses volunteers and road repair

Pollie proposed holding a Trunk-or-Treat on Friday, Oct. 25 and the board discussed timing and whether to provide food. Clay suggested keeping this year simple — candy only — and also proposed a future summer BBQ with games. Judy noted K&W train pumpkin runs as another seasonal activity to coordinate.
Separately, two volunteers, Roy and Marty, offered to assist with grounds work (one currently mows the lawn but is not a resident). The board also recorded a large hole at the corner by the Mosers’ property that is difficult to navigate and needs vegetation control and repair. Judy will post the next meeting notice on the bulletin board and Mike will add incorporation details to the website.
