Board approves $600 stump grind behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive

On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Stephen Putman, "with all in favor, the A‑Z Tree Service, LLC estimate to Remove with Stump Grind Behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive, in the amount of $600, was approved." The board did not approve the larger forestry-mulch estimate during this meeting.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan and District Manager Chuck Adams discussed differences between the A‑Z approach (forestry mulcher, which grinds everything) and the Environmental Solutions approach (more handwork and selective removal), noting differences in aesthetics and method. The approved $600 action covers removal and stump grinding only; further work would require separate authorization or budgeting.
