A staff member responded that, to the best of their knowledge, the required notices were published in two editions of the Rainy Lake Gazette and offered to provide the exact dates to Bates. The staff member also invited Bates to return later in the meeting for further discussion.
The council did not take formal action at the meeting; staff committed to verify the record and report back to the resident and council.
