On a motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, and with all in favor, the Board adopted Resolution 2024-08. The resolution certifies the assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of the special assessments; Mr. Pires and Mrs. Adams handled the hearing procedures.
The action was recorded as unanimous among the supervisors present. The district will apply the certification and collection processes in accordance with the adopted resolution and make any required administrative updates to the assessment roll.
