The River Ridge Community Development District adopted its fiscal year 2024/2025 budget on Aug. 27, 2024, approving Resolution 2024-07 after staff corrected scrivener errors in the published packet. Mrs. Adams opened the public hearing and confirmed no affected property owners spoke before the Board voted unanimously to adopt the amended budget.
District Manager Chuck Adams told the Board that the budget included an incorrect Fiscal Year 2025 table and that staff made additional scrivener corrections, including clarifying the “Street sweeping” description on Page 2. On the motion by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Twombly, the Board adopted Resolution 2024-07, authorizing annual appropriations for Oct. 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2025. District Counsel Tony Pires asked whether any emails had been received from the public; Mrs. Adams said none had been received.
The Board’s approval was recorded as unanimous with supervisors Mountford, Blumenthal, Twombly and Chair Schultz (participating by phone) voting in favor. The district will post the adopted budget per routine procedures and will continue to accept any required administrative corrections.
