The Select Board held and closed a public hearing on an amended alcohol license application for House of Sharon LLC at 313 Littleton Road (Unit 2). Attorney Anna Greeno (Speaker 10) told the board the applicant updated the application to add a second manager at the advice of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) "to have one controller of the company be a US citizen."
No members of the public spoke during the hearing. After a motion to close the public hearing, the board voted to add the second manager and the applicant was told they were "all set for now" by the Chair. The board did not record additional conditions in the hearing; the license amendment was approved during the meeting.
