Franklin sets National Night Out for Aug. 4; next meeting Aug. 26; superintendent to attend Sept. 23

The Chair also said the town will begin a high-visibility bike patrol next week, reminded members the next meeting is August 26, and noted the superintendent will attend the September 23 meeting. The meeting closed with welcoming remarks to new members.
