City staff say ARPA drawdowns and annual report will be completed by Dec. 31

Michelle Sullivan, speaking for the city's finance team, said the annual financial report is nearly done and that the management discussion and analysis section remains to be completed before submission to the state.
"ARPA funds must be spent and dedicated by December 31, which we have done," Sullivan said, and staff reported they will file the remaining reports and drawdown requests so the city can finalize its ARPA grant work. The speaker also noted other grant reporting and drawdown activity is ongoing.
Council was told the next regular meeting will be on Jan. 13, when staff expect to return with remaining items as needed.
