"A survey of that property is going to be 19," staff said while describing the scope and why the legal description needs correction. Staff recommended surveying the entire combined parcel (including the dump and adjacent lots) so future actions — leases, RFPs, or sale — would not be constrained by inconsistent legal descriptions. Councilors asked staff to confirm the survey firm and proceed as appropriate.
