Krebs approves pay increase for community center head cook; council rescinds free-use policy

The council also voted to rescind the April 2023 council authorization that had allowed free use of the community center by a "loss of spouse, grief/support group." A related item to suspend Ward One's membership on the community center board to satisfy a conflict-of-interest clause was tabled. Mayor Kincaid said staff have been active in keeping the center operating and implementing new rental contracts.
