The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reported it met Nov. 16 and agreed to increase the permit fee for new homes from $3,000 to $3,250. Kate Trinklein said the four letters issued this meeting covered routine tree‑cutting, siding and miscellaneous requests that met specifications.
Trinklein also announced the ACC will fine the owner of lot A91 for modifying a property line without ACC permission to address drainage issues. The owner must provide an as‑built survey before the ACC will consider further action or the owner pursues town permitting.
