Board approves ACC variance and levies fine for an unapproved garage addition

She explained the homeowners will also need town approval and will face a fine because the garage was added without association approval. On a motion by Dennis Heberlein seconded by Tom Sewall, the board approved the variance and the associated fine.
The board recorded the approval and directed staff to note the fine administration in the association records.
